How to use the touch screen test
- 1
Choose Start Test on a phone, tablet, or touchscreen computer.
- 2
Drag one or more fingers across the grid, including edges and corners.
- 3
Review coverage, coordinates, and maximum simultaneous touches detected.
Test touchscreen response, screen areas, coordinates, and simultaneous touch points directly in your browser.
Maximum simultaneous touches detected during this test: 0. This is not a claim about the device's hardware maximum. Touch coordinates are used only for the live local visualization.

The touch screen tester divides the interactive surface into a fine grid. Continuous finger movement marks every crossed area, so you can sweep across a phone, tablet, touchscreen laptop, or touch monitor without tapping each cell separately.
Areas that remain clear were not detected during this attempt. They are useful places to retest slowly, but they are not an automatic diagnosis of a dead zone or physical defect. Browser support, screen protectors, moisture, remote sessions, and the way the gesture was performed can all affect the result.
Each active finger receives a local position marker. The multi-touch result records only the highest number of simultaneous touches observed during this session; it does not claim to measure the hardware's advertised maximum.
Some devices or remote sessions do not expose touch. This is not proof of a defective screen.
Repeat the sweep slowly and compare the same area in another app before drawing a conclusion.
Start inside the grid; browser gestures are suppressed only within that surface while the test runs.
No. It means the browser did not detect touch there during this attempt.
