Movement, left click, right click, middle click, wheel scrolling, and extra buttons are independent browser signals. The summary keeps unused controls marked Not tested rather than treating them as broken.
A touchpad usually exposes pointer movement, primary/secondary click, and scrolling as mouse events. Additional gestures and hardware DPI are outside what a standard webpage can measure.
The context menu is blocked only inside the test surface; click inside it before testing.
